Neighborhood Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Clermont Park Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse RN for our Healthcare Suites. This role is a great fit for a nurse with experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, resident care, care plans, MDS, admissions, and clinical compliance. At Clermont Park, older adults are active members of the community. Residents, families, and team members work together to create a culture of collaboration, citizenship, dignity, and respect.

Requirements

  • Current RN license.
  • Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing
  • 1+ year of long-term care facility experience
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Fluent in English—reading, writing, and speaking
  • Customer service superpowers

  • Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or healthcare suites preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, and team members.
  • Commitment to person-centered care, dignity, and quality outcomes.
  • Advanced training in geriatrics
  • Handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and infectious diseases
  • Prepared to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
  • Thriving in a dynamic setting with frequent interruptions and multitasking
  • Energized by frequent interactions with residents, families, and visitors

Responsibilities

  • Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.
  • Complete daily rounds to support quality care.
  • Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and care team members.
  • Assist with pre-admission assessments and admission documentation.
  • Coordinate resident care plans and attend care conferences.
  • Support MDS compliance, clinical documentation, and routine compliance audits.
  • Serve as a clinical resource during emergencies, urgent needs, or resident changes of condition.
  • Use nursing judgment to recognize signs and symptoms and take appropriate action.
  • Help evaluate and implement new clinical equipment or technology.
  • Support frontline staff through coaching, supervision, interviews, and performance feedback as assigned.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.
