TOWNER CREST IN OCONOMOWOC WI is seeking FULL TIME Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This is a nurse/care management role within our 23 Assisted Living apartments. Towner Crest is one of PHS's newer East WI sites. Sits in a picturesque setting with a lodge architecture in a natural setting with tall pines and beautiful scenery. This community offers the following care options: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Towner Crest is an active and dynamic Christian senior community on a 20-acre campus that was thoughtfully designed to preserve the natural setting complete with pond & prairie meadows providing a calming and inviting work environment. Requirements

Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
Current CPR certification.
Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Proficient computer skills
Highly Organized Time Management
Comfortable guiding and coaching a caregiving team
Excellent communication with staff, families, residents and visitors.
Knowledge of the WI CBRF Regulations

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
