Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009 and officially launched in 2015, is a leading behavioral healthcare provider. Celebrating 10 years of growth in 2025, Northpoint offers evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders through the Northpoint Recovery brand, and mental health treatment for adolescents through Imagine by Northpoint. The company operates under an in-network, commercial insurance model and has grown exclusively through de novo expansion—from two facilities to seventeen across the Western U.S.—with more planned in both existing and new markets. Northpoint is guided by core values of humility, heart, inspiration, and conviction. Its mission is to save lives and restore relationships by helping people get their lives back, and treating every individual with empathy and respect. As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide and oversee the medical services provided to a caseload of patients. This licensed nursing professional will act as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each patient. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to patients and their family members. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, and will perform duties according to established patient care protocols, standards, and procedures. This position is expected to complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.
