About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) for weekend coverage. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing nurses to control their schedule and income through a pay-per-visit model. The position focuses on 1:1 patient care in the home environment within East Hillsborough County, FL.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
