About The Position
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care while leading and supporting Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in delivering high-quality nursing services. You’ll ensure that all care meets federal and state regulations, licensure requirements, and organizational standards. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
- Current, active Nursing License
- CPR certification
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care to residents
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in daily care activities
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe care environment
