About The Position
Alliance Nursing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated 1:4 care for medically complex adults in an Adult Family Home setting in Kirkland. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and deliver personalized nursing care. We provide paid training, including vent and trach training, ongoing clinical support, and 24/7 clinical support. Requirements
- Active Washington State LPN license (without restrictions) or RN license.
- CPR Certification.
- A passion for providing exceptional, patient-focused care.

- Beginner or need a refresher in vent and trach training.
