About The Position
Tonganoxie Terrace is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The RN is responsible for resident assessment, care planning, and day-to-day clinical decision-making, collaborating with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality outcomes. The role is full-time, overnight from 6 PM to 6 AM, with every other weekend required. The listed pay range is $32–$42 per hour, with daily pay available.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care, including comprehensive resident assessments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and intervene appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and regulation-compliant documentation.
- Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety.
