About The Position

One North is a 26-bed adult inpatient behavioral health unit that provides safe, structured, and recovery-oriented care for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric crises. The multidisciplinary team supports stabilization, therapeutic engagement, and crisis management within a compassionate and secure environment, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, strong communication, and a culture of safety for both patients and teammates. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This involves using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. This position is based in a collaborative and patient-focused behavioral health facility in Billingsley that serves a diverse community with a strong commitment to quality mental health care.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or crisis setting preferred.
