1:1 Registered Nurse (RN) $45.00/Hour
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for Pediatric care to join our Bergen County team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers the opportunity for one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment. Private duty nursing differs from home health visits by offering traditional shift types (8s, 10s, or 12s), hands-on care with a single client, and the chance to build client relationships and witness their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited or approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current NJ nursing license in good standing
- 1 year of RN experience

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
