Registered Nurse - RN (1:1 Nurse)
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 care with clients in their homes. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for full-time, part-time, or per diem work. Nurses can choose age ranges and locations that best suit their preferences. BAYADA Home Health Care was founded on the principle of providing better care at home, prioritizing client well-being in their preferred environment. The company offers extensive paid training, including simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. Electronic charting is done using AlayaCare. Nurses will care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- MAR-EPA-RX
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
- Deliver care in home/school settings.
- Perform nursing shifts of varying lengths (4-12 hours) with one client per shift.
- Utilize electronic charting via AlayaCare.
