Clinic Summary
At Centerpoint Pain & Spine, our goal is to help patients find relief, restore mobility and regain quality of life. Our team cares for people living with acute or chronic pain caused by spine disorders, nerve injuries, musculoskeletal conditions or post-surgical issues. Our physicians, nurse practitioners and therapists treat a wide range of conditions affecting the back, neck, nerves and joints, including:

Herniated or bulging discs
Degenerative disc disease
Sciatica and nerve pain
Spinal stenosis
Arthritis and joint pain
Neck and lower back pain
Post-surgical pain
Sports and work-related injuries

Requirements

• Current Kentucky or compact state RN license
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing the patient’s condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians.
• Provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions.
• Shape exceptional patient journeys every day.
• Leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.
