The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical leadership and direct patient care for both the Community Health Center (CHC) and the Mobile Health Program in Alameda County. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services while ensuring compliance with California Title 22 regulations, applicable FQHC standards and best practices, supporting health plan’s Facility Site Review requirements, and adherence to organizational policies. The RN plays a key role in immunization services, infection prevention, health screenings, Triage/nursing assessments and patient education. Working collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, Community Health Workers (CHWs), and community partners, the RN supports equitable access to high-quality primary and preventive healthcare for underserved populations. This position will report to the Chief Medical Officer. This position will work closely with the Community Health Services Director/Clinic Administrator.
