About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiology Clinic at Advocate Health is responsible for providing patient-centered, holistic care, engaging with diverse populations and inter-professional colleagues to deliver exemplary care and support health goals. This role emphasizes clinical excellence through evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and creating a safe patient environment. Nurses are expected to demonstrate leadership in healthcare transformation, accountability through shared governance, and contribute to the profession. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Illinois RN license
  • Current CPR
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with patient care equipment
  • CPR-Healthcare Provider

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of RN experience, preferably ICU or Cardiology triage
  • BSN Preferred
  • 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
  • 1 year experience in cardiology
