About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one home care for children and adults in Prairie City, Illinois. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes in accordance with the physician’s care plan. No pediatric or home care experience is required. The posting offers flexible part-time night shifts of up to two nights per week, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., with nurses able to choose their days and schedules. Full-time and PRN hours are also available.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
