About The Position
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is seeking qualified Operating Room Registered Nurses to join their team. This full-time position, working 36 hours weekly on a day shift, is located at 1301 Pennsylvania Ave TX 76104 in the Operating Room. The role requires call, weekends, and some holidays. Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is a 726-bed, Magnet-designated regional referral center that has served Tarrant County since 1930, offering services such as cardiovascular care, high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics and sports medicine, neonatal intensive care, and trauma/emergency medicine. The hospital has over 4,000 employees, 200 volunteers, and nearly 1,000 physicians on its medical staff, and is recognized for its oncology program and as a "Best Place to Have a Baby" in Tarrant County, as well as a designated Cycle III Chest Pain Center.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program
- RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 Days
