Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Willingness to work weekends.
Commitment to providing home health care.
Ability to work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Ability to manage advanced care needs like tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pediatric clients.
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

Deliver one on one care to adult and pediatric clients.
Provide care for clients requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
Perform electronic documentation.
Provide care in clients' homes.
