About The Position
Fulton Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for its Long-Term Care facility. This is a full-time position, working 80 hours bi-weekly, primarily on the 1st shift with variable hours. The RN Unit Manager will assist the Director of Nursing Services in overseeing and coordinating all nursing services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring residents receive individualized, high-quality care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Ohio RN license required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care and supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing services
- Assist in managing staffing, training, and care delivery within budget
- Monitor and mentor nursing staff to ensure top-quality care
- Maintain accurate records and compile reports as needed
- Step in as Charge Nurse when required
