About The Position

Fulton Manor, the long-term care facility at Fulton County Health Center, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling options, including both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts available across all hours. The positions include weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
• Strong assessment skills, ability to work effectively in a changing environment, teamwork, positive attitude, and leadership qualities are essential.

• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health conditions.
