About The Position

Axia Women's Health is seeking a Full Time RN (Triage & Support) for Garden State OBGYN, with locations in Vorhees & Moorestown. The office hours are Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM with one evening shift per week (12-8pm). The hired individual will be responsible for coordinating patient care and implementing policies and procedures related to medical services for nursing staff, primarily via telephone. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent departmental effectiveness and improving patient health outcomes and access to care.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical facility, preferably in an OB/GYN setting.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of CPT coding, lab specific order sets, and eCW are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and assesses patient’s health care needs based on patient’s signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines
• Obtains appropriate input and direction from the provider as needed to determine best clinical course of action and recommendations for specific patient health care
• Accurately documents symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response.
• Follows policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and departmental effectiveness as well as improve health care outcomes of patients/callers and their access to appropriate health.
