About The Position
Horizon Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Behavioral Health at Belmont Pines Hospital in Youngstown, OH. This full-time position requires 36 hours per week and offers a choice of day or night shifts. The role involves assessing, monitoring, and reporting patient conditions, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure optimal patient care. Requirements
- Current Ohio RN license or compact/multi-state license
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Willing and able to work with children and adolescent age populations
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
