The unit features a 4-bed ICU with 2 negative-pressure rooms and is hemodialysis-ready for all beds. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in South Carolina or Compact State
  • BLS and ACLS (may be obtained after hire)
  • Experience: novice to expert nurse

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of ICU or acute critical care experience in the past 5 years
  • BSN preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing complex, high-acuity patient care
  • Collaborating with physicians, RTs, and support staff to improve patient outcomes
  • Using critical thinking and advanced clinical judgment to guide care decisions
  • Participating in shared governance, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives
