The unit features a 4-bed ICU with 2 negative-pressure rooms and is hemodialysis-ready for all beds. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in South Carolina or Compact State
- BLS and ACLS (may be obtained after hire)
- Experience: novice to expert nurse
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of ICU or acute critical care experience in the past 5 years
- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing complex, high-acuity patient care
- Collaborating with physicians, RTs, and support staff to improve patient outcomes
- Using critical thinking and advanced clinical judgment to guide care decisions
- Participating in shared governance, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives
