About The Position

This is a full-time night position for a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry department at Texas Health Hospital Rockwall. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, creating a healing environment, and engaging with patients and their families. The hospital is a 105-bed acute-care facility serving Rockwall, Kaufman, Hunt, and surrounding counties, offering comprehensive medical and surgical services. Texas Health Rockwall has earned a CMS Five-Star Rating and the ANCC Pathway to Excellence® designation.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s degree in Nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Telemetry experience preferred; Med Surg experience helpful
Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves
