About The Position

As a Registered Nurse on the 24-bed 1 South unit at Lankenau Medical Center, you will provide care and treatment to adult telemetry and stroke patients. This role is integral to the patient experience and involves working within an interdisciplinary team. The position offers opportunities for professional development, including pursuing certifications and advanced degrees through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, and engagement in hospital and system-wide committees, unit councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

  • 1 year of recent RN experience required.
  • RN Diploma, ASN required.
  • PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

  • Telemetry experience highly preferred.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care and treatment to adult telemetry and stroke patients.
  • Work within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
