About The Position
Arise CareStaff is hiring experienced Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) / Coronary Care Unit (CCU) Registered Nurses (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Covina, CA. This is a travel assignment for a Day shift (3x12) position, from 0700-1930, with a duration of 13 weeks. The role requires computer charting using Meditech.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification by the American Heart Association
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) / Coronary Care Unit (CCU) Registered Nurses (RN)
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Float RN
- Experience as a DOU RN
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) / Coronary Care Unit (CCU) setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
- Document patient care using Meditech charting system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
