About The Position

Join our growing Mental Health team as a full time Triage RN and make a meaningful impact on patient care! This role involves phone triage, confirming patients meet criteria for psychiatric evaluation and care, identifying patients requiring external therapy/resources and connecting them with appropriate community services, scheduling with psychiatrists, and advocating for patient’s well-being. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic.

Requirements

Active unencumbered Washington RN license
Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
Current AHA Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
