About The Position
Green Meadows Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor for Every Other Weekend to join our long-term care team in Malvern, PA. This is a part-time position with a pay rate starting at $45 per hour. We offer consistent schedules, a supportive team-focused environment, and leadership that values nursing staff. You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous Supervisor experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Oversee implementation of resident care plans
- Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
- Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
