About The Position
Acts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for its skilled nursing neighborhood. The supervisor oversees all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care provided to residents. The role prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to ensure attendance and arranges replacements as needed. The supervisor also assists the Director of Nursing with evaluating nursing personnel.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least two years of related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Current or eligible for CPR certification.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise direct and indirect nursing care for residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance.
- Arrange replacements as necessary.
- Assist the Director of Nursing with job performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
