Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
About The Position
Acts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for its skilled nursing neighborhood. The role supervises all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care provided to residents. It prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to ensure attendance and arranges replacements as needed. The RN Supervisor also assists the Director of Nursing with performance evaluations of nursing personnel. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process. The stated pay range is $36.05–$46.19 per hour; the starting rate varies based on skills and experience.
Requirements
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A minimum of two years of related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Current or eligible for CPR certification.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
