About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with high acuity, specifically trach and vent experience, to join their Transition Team. This role will involve covering critical STAT openings for both adult and pediatric clients in Camden and Burlington Counties. The position offers specialized training, 24/7 clinical support, and premium pay. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• High acuity - trach and vent experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover critical STAT openings with adult and pediatric clients.
• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation.
