About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for high acuity care, specifically trach and vent experience, to join our Transition Team. This role will help cover critical STAT openings for adult and pediatric clients in Camden and Burlington Counties. The position offers specialized training, 24/7 clinical support, and premium pay. BAYADA emphasizes a supportive environment where employees are taken care of, mirroring the compassionate care they provide to clients.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• High acuity - trach and vent experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation
