About The Position
NurseCore is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to work in the San Antonio and Surrounding areas. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings. RNs will pick up available per diem shifts, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and complete accurate documentation, all while adhering to facility policies and Texas regulations.
Requirements
- Current, active, and unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or a license recognized for practice in Texas.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Current TB/PPD test or chest X-ray.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.
- Pick up available per diem shifts at facilities in your local area.
- Provide nursing care, treatments, and services according to patient care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the LVN scope of practice.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable Texas regulations.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.
