This position will require travel between our two Assisted Living Communities located in Massachusetts. The focus for this position will include oversight to our Teams while ensuring compliance to State and Federal regulatory guidelines as well as monitoring and updating company policies and procedures. Responsible for supporting the teams and assisting with the department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care) in accordance with current state regulations and company policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with assisted living and memory care, to ensure safety, and clinical standards. Serve as a member of the Regional Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of clinical strategies in assigned portfolio. Implement orientation training programs and in-services for all nursing teams in accordance with state regulations and company policies. Train, coach and counsel nursing staff. Develop and maintain department budgetary guidelines for staffing and supplies. Participate in recruitment efforts, including but not limited to interviews, and selection process. Orchestrate onboarding for community Directors of Health and Wellness. Work with Executive Director and community to ensure appropriate coverage during vacancies. Communicates appropriately to VP of Health & Wellness/Operations, on areas of significant concerns, risk and sentinel events within the designated portfolio. Participate in corporate meetings/calls (nursing, sales, operations) as needed. Attend Home Office and off-site meetings, as needed.
