Registered Nurse(RN)-Regional Float Pool, Weekend Option
About The Position
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional Float Pool. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside. This role offers an additional $20/hour regional float pay, and an additional $10/hr weekend option pay! The position is for Weekend Option Nights, 36 hrs/week, 7:00pm - 7:00am, and will involve working at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Holy Family Hospital in locations including O’Fallon, IL, Highland, IL, Breese, IL, and Greenville, IL. HSHS is a multi-institutional health care system serving communities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, with 13 hospitals and numerous community-based health centers and clinics. Requirements
- Illinois: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- Wisconsin: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Nice To Haves
- Diploma or Associates degree in nursing is required. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- 2 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred.
- Certification in area of specialty is preferred but in some cases may be required to float.
