Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- 5+ years of clinical experience (ED or ICU preferred)
- Current TX or Compact RN License
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities
- Administration of Resource Team staff clinical needs, expectations of employment, and information services activities for the Divisional Resource Team.
- Ensuring the Resource Team clinical staff adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Support Divisional facilities by monitoring performance of assigned Resource Team staff.
- Oversee onboarding compliance of staff and agency new hires.
