About The Position

This is a part-time Registered Nurse position in the Pulmonary Clinic, working 56 hours per pay period. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care. The nurse will utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience. The clinic specializes in care for adult patients with a wide range of lung and respiratory conditions, offering evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Occasional travel to the Summit Clinic may be required to support staffing needs, including coverage for sick calls or PTO.
