About The Position

ChristianaCare is seeking a RN to work in our Pediatric Care Center located at our Women's & Children's building on our Newark Campus. Our Pediatric Care Center is a total of 14-beds with a mix of emergency and general pediatric acute care beds. The Pediatric Care Center RN will gain experience caring for children under the age of 18 with a variety of diagnoses like RSV, sepsis, asthma, broken bones, GI illnesses, head or body injuries, high fever and infections, abdominal pain and more. Requirements

BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
At least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Acute Care Pediatric Emergency or Emergency Department required
BLS & PALS certifications required
Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware

Nice To Haves

TNCC and ENPC certifications strongly preferred
