As an RN Patient Navigator at BUMC Tucson, you will coordinate patient care across the continuum, supporting a holistic, patient-centered approach from diagnosis through treatment. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely care, optimize outcomes, and remove barriers. The navigator educates and supports patients and families while coordinating services and communication among providers. This position also promotes quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in patient care.
