Registered Nurse (RN) – St Luke's Pain Management 0.8 FTE Milwaukee, WI, United States Pain Management RN – Our Pain Management Clinic is a fast-paced, procedural environment dedicated to improving quality of life for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions such as back, neck, joint pain, spinal stenosis, neuropathy, cancer pain, and more. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience, this position is not for new grads
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Requires minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
• Strong IV skills

• Procedural, ICU, L&D, ED or Med/Surg experience

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
• Assist with patient exams
• Opportunity to develop expertise in pain pump management and medication coordination
• Collaborative team of nurses, techs, clerical staff, and providers
• Exposure to advanced procedures: Epidural Steroid Injections, Joint Injections, Nerve Blocks, Radiofrequency Ablations, Kyphoplasty, and Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
• Specialized roles including Intrathecal Pump management and pharmacy coordination
