Registered Nurse (RN), PACU - Float Bonus: $15,000 two-year commitment Varied Hours | 12 hours | Full Time Trained in all areas from pre-op and recovery, main area of work will be recovery. Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing required
• Current RN license in state of Kentucky or a current multistate license
• BLS required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Recovery/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Meets the physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs of patients and families.
• Communicates effectively with all members of the healthcare team regarding changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
