About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across multiple surgical specialties and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced OR environment. This role is within the Surgery department on the Ground Floor of an Acute Care Hospital.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- BLS Certification (Required)
Nice To Haves
- ACLS Certification
- Experience in robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and GYN cases
- Strong multi-specialty surgical experience
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room
- Assist in a wide range of surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team
- Monitor patient condition throughout procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
