Registered Nurse (RN) - Levine Cancer Albemarle Oncology Infusion Clinic
About The Position
This position is sign-on bonus eligible. Eligibility dependent. Atrium Health Albemarle Oncology Infusion offers full chemotherapy and laboratory services delivered in a relaxing environment by highly trained and qualified staff. Patients receive treatment in comfortable recliners, under a soft blanket fresh from the warmer if they wish. The infusion areas are furnished with TVs, and refreshments are offered to the patients. Our patients come first and we strive to meet the needs of each individual patient. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
