About The Position
Per Diem/On Call position with a wage of $44.00 to $55.00 including an On Call Stipend. Additional stipends may be available depending on shifts. A minimum commitment of 2 shifts per month is requested. A day in the life may include ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiating plans of care, and supervising resident care. This role involves developing assignments in coordination with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
- Clinical observation and assessment skills
- Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional managerial experience in related field
- Current RN license in Washington
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
- Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
