Registered Nurse (RN) - On-Call/Per Diem
About The Position
Plymouth Village, a HumanGood community in Redlands, CA, is seeking an on-call Registered Nurse. This role is responsible for meeting the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The nurse will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, team members, and visitors, and participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. Responsibilities include developing assignments in coordination with care partners and keeping the team inspired and accountable for resident care and satisfaction. The position emphasizes a passion for working with seniors.
Requirements
- Current CA R.N. license
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
