About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) starting at $48.00/HR - $49.25/HR (based on licensed experience) for a PRN (On-Call) schedule in Corvallis, OR. Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health network, provides exceptional care to residents and seeks compassionate, skilled nurses. The facility offers competitive wages and a welcoming work environment. New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency program, including the Geri-Res curriculum and onsite mentorship. This program bridges academic learning and real-world practice, with experienced nurses new to long-term care also eligible. Professional development opportunities are available through OHCA at no cost to Nurse Residents. For a limited time, Nurse Residents are eligible for a Long-Term Care New Nurse Incentive payment after completing the residency and three additional months of employment, with eligibility requiring enrollment by June 30, 2026, as the funding grant expires at the end of 2026.

Requirements

Current RN License: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.
Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month (Required)
Resident Care Expertise: Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for residents.
Leadership Skills: Supervision of nursing staff and a commitment to high-quality care delivery.
A Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of residents.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.

Responsibilities
