About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator to support clinical education and training initiatives within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong Med/Surg clinical expertise along with experience in Cardiac Catheterization (Cath Lab) environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) experience
- Strong overall clinical nursing background
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab setting (required for consideration)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Primary Source Verification of NYS RN Registration (NYSED)
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical education and training to nursing staff
- Support competency development and clinical skill enhancement
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve patient care outcomes
- Assist in orientation and ongoing education programs
- Ensure adherence to clinical best practices and hospital protocols
