About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the ANCC. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care and provides comprehensive training and support to help new nurses flourish in their careers. The program offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations across all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Clinical Managers provide in-depth support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident in their skills.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting.
• Participate in in-depth paid training.
• Work with patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
