About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the level II Neonatal ICU unit at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to critically ill newborns. You will work closely with physicians from CHOP. This role offers opportunities for career development through tuition reimbursement for advanced nursing degrees and engagement in various committees, councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year of recent acute nurse experience required.
• One year of current Neonatal ICU nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• NRP

Nice To Haves

• Two plus years of NICU experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caring for a critically ill newborn within the level II Neonatal ICU unit.
• Working as part of an Interdisciplinary Team.
• Participating in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects.
• Precepting new staff.
• Pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
