About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU at Paoli Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to critically ill newborns in a level II NICU with physicians from CHOP. Requirements

• One year(s) of recent acute care nurse neonatal experience required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• NRP certification.

Nice To Haves

• Three plus years of neonatal level III NICU nursing preferred.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caring for critically ill newborns in a level II NICU.
• Working as part of an Interdisciplinary Team.
• Participating in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees.
• Engaging in Unit Councils.
• Participating in evidence-based research projects.
• Precepting new staff.
• Pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
