About The Position

Registered Nurse/RN II – Mother/Baby Full Time Nights. Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together. Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032. Work hours: Full-Time, 36 hours weekly, (3) 12-hour Night shifts 7pm-7am, including weekends and holidays. Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington from 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire. Mother/Baby Department Highlights: Supportive team environment and family atmosphere. Requirements

Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s degree in Nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

3 years of Mother-Baby/Postpartum experience strongly preferred
