Registered Nurse (RN) - MICU
About The Position
This position is for a 3/4 Night Weekend ICU Nurse at Lankenau Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within a 32-bed unit. Your care will be integral to the patient experience, focusing on Medical/Respiratory/Cardiac ICU patient populations. This role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, with a Tuition Reimbursement Program providing up to $6,000 annually based on employment status. You can also get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year+ of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
- ACLS
